Today was Amanda's Day of Beauty and Maintenance! Knowing back in May that this day would arrive, prepared me made All the Appointments for today: 10:00, cut and color with Rachel; 3:00, pedi and mani with April. When I made these appointments, I hadn't even been to Europe yet and it seemed like this day would be a million years away! But here it is! Now I am fully caught up with all the gossip and girl talk I need for a while and sporting mint green toes, ballet shoes pink fingers, and newly brunette color with artfully arranged highlights. Simply to augment my natural color, mind you. Certainly not to cover any gray. ;-)
So here I am, ready, outwardly anyway, to head back. Wondering if there's time for one more quick adventure before Monday, and planning my First Day Outfit....
